Dream Beyond provides NDIS community and group participation support in Melbourne, Geelong and nearby areas. We help participants explore local activities, attend outings and take part in social opportunities that match their interests and goals.

Support may include planning an activity, preparing for an outing, travelling to a community venue, meeting new people or joining a group. We work with each participant to understand what they enjoy, what support would make participation easier and how they prefer to be supported.
